3. Beta Services & Data Disclaimer

4. User Accounts & Security
Registration: To access certain features, you must register using a valid account from a supported identity provider (Google, Naver, Kakao).
Nickname Policy: You may create a nickname for your profile. We reserve the right to reclaim or modify nicknames that are offensive, impersonating others, or violate trademark rights. Technical restrictions (e.g., change intervals) may apply.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Licensing
Definition:"Your Content" includes strategies, community posts, comments, profile information, and any other material you transmit to the Service.
License:You retain ownership of Your Content. However, by posting or setting a strategy to "Public," you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This includes allowing other users to "fork" (copy) your public strategies.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, spam, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
Moderation: We have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, remove, or modify Your Content and to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or refund.
6. Gamification & Virtual Items
The Service may include virtual features such as Badges, Leagues, Points, or Rankings.
These features have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not your property. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove these features at any time as part of game balancing or Service updates.
7. Intellectual Property (Our Content)
The design, code, logo, and simulated performance algorithms of the Service are owned by Index-Rank. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service's resource without our prior written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court (Seoul, Republic of Korea).
